Dharwad: Despite the governments forming a clear policy framework for the utilisation of solar power in government offices, the solar panels are yet to reach a large share of its establishments across the district. Currently available data from the Dharwad Zilla Panchayat suggests that most of the veterinary and horticulture offices in the district have not shown keen interest in utilising the alternative energy source so far.
