KCTRI Blood Centre, also known as the Smt. Valbai N. Dharamsey Blood Centre, is located at the Karnataka Cancer Therapy and Research Institute (KCTRI), Navanagar, Hubballi. It is a modern blood bank serving cancer patients and the wider community, with facilities for the collection, testing, processing and safe storage of blood and blood components.

The centre provides whole blood and blood components such as PRBC, FFP and platelets, along with Single Donor Platelet (SDP) and plasma services. It has component-separation equipment, an apheresis unit and deep-freezer facilities for maintaining blood and blood components under appropriate conditions.

KCTRI Blood Centre places strong emphasis on voluntary blood donation and safe transfusion practices. It is accredited as a Regional Blood Transfusion Centre (RBTC) by the Karnataka State Blood Transfusion Council and also provides blood support to patients with conditions such as thalassemia and haemophilia.
